摘 要：食用农产品是人们日常生活中不可缺少的基本食品之一，其质量安全与人们身体健康息息相关。现阶段，在食品工业发展速度不断加快的背景下，各部门不断加强食用农产品质量安全监管，有效规范了食用农产品市场销售行为，保障了食用农产品质量安全。本文主要围绕食用农产品市场销售环节，分析食用农产品质量安全监管问题和有效策略，希望能够为相关工作人员提供借鉴。
