摘 要：我国是全球公认的水产品生产、消费大国，海水养殖业在我国国民经济中一直占据重要地位，尤其步入21世纪以来，海水养殖业步入重要的发展机遇期，但在快速发展之余，海水养殖产品的食品安全问题也愈发突出。基于此，本文主要从多方面切入，就海水养殖产品食品安全保障体系构建的相关要点展开研究，以期为海水养殖产品的安全性提供有力保障，让消费者享受到更优质、安全的海水养殖产品，也为海水养殖业的可持续发展提供助力。
