摘 要：食品质量安全问题一直以来都是关乎人们生命健康与社会和谐稳定的直接性因素。尤其在当前全球化进程加快推进、人们食品安全意识逐年提升的大环境下，食品质量安全愈发成为各界关注的焦点问题。相关研究表明，实施管理体系与加工标准化的双重策略，将行之有效地提高食品质量安全水平，降低食品安全风险。基于此，本文主要就管理体系与加工标准化的双重策略开发要点加以浅析，旨在为食品行业的健康发展建言献策，为食品质量安全的强化提供助力。
