摘 要：食品质量控制对保障公众健康和提升产品市场竞争力具有重要意义。本文从质量控制的基本概念出发，通过对国内外相关标准的比较，分析质量控制在不同法规体系中的异同。在此基础上，探讨传统食品检验检测方法的局限性，以及新兴技术如生物传感器和人工智能在提升检验检测质量中的应用。结合实践经验，总结优化食品检验检测质量控制的有效策略，为行业发展与技术进步提供有力支持。
