摘 要：高分辨率质谱(High Resolution Mass Spectrometry，HRMS)技术因其卓越的分辨率、灵敏度和精准度，在食品检测领域得到了广泛应用。本文分析了HRMS技术在食品检测领域的应用。结果表明，HRMS技术能对复杂基质中微量化合物进行精确的定性与定量分析，有效检测食品内部的农药残留、有害物质及违规添加成分。同时，HRMS技术在食品真实性鉴定和掺假行为方面表现出较高的可靠性，具备同时检测多个目标的能力，为食品安全的监管提供了坚实的科学支撑。通过结合先进的数据库与算法技术，HRMS技术在确保食品安全和促进行业标准化进程中起到了核心作用。

    Abstract： High resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS) technology has been widely used in the field of food detection due to its excellent resolution， sensitivity， and accuracy.
