摘 要：粮食是稳定国民经济发展的重要物资，保障粮食安全至关重要。粮食是具有呼吸和代谢作用的生命有机体，需要在适宜的条件、环境下储存，以保障储存安全。基于此，文章介绍了水分、不完善粒、霉变等粮食基本特性以及基础设施、温度、湿度等储存环境对粮食储存安全的影响，并对常用的几种绿色储粮技术进行分析，探讨研究了储粮技术的未来发展方向，以期为粮食存储提供参考与帮助。

    Abstract： Food is an important material to stabilize the development of the national economy， and it is very important to ensure food security. Grain is a living organism with respiratory and metabolic functions. It needs to be stored under suitable conditions and environment to ensure storage safety.
