摘 要：食品质量检验是确保食品安全的重要环节，而检测技术的应用质量直接影响检验结果的准确性和可靠性。本文分析了当前食品质量检验中检测技术应用存在的主要问题，包括技术选择未能充分考虑食品特性、操作人员技术水平参差不齐、检测技术的准确性与效率偏低，以及检测过程的规范性不足等。针对这些问题，提出了依据食品种类合理选择检测技术、定期开展技术培训、引入先进检测技术以及规范检测流程等改进对策，旨在为相关研究提供理论依据。
