摘 要：呕吐毒素(Deoxynivalenol，DON)是一种由镰刀菌产生的霉菌毒素，在粮食作物(小麦、大麦、玉米和大米)和动物饲料中常被检出。由于DON的高稳定性和广泛污染性，其对动物和人类肠道健康构成了严重威胁。本文概述了DON的肠道特异性毒性和防治措施，以期降低粮食与饲料中DON的污染，为科研人员全面把握DON毒性及其对肠道健康的影响提供坚实依据。

    Research Progress on Intestinal Toxicity Caused by Deoxynivalenol

    Abstract： Deoxynivalenol (DON) is a fungal toxin produced by Fusarium and is commonly detected in food crops (wheat， barley， corn， and rice) and animal feed. Due to its high stability and widespread pollution， DON poses a serious threat to the intestinal health of animals and humans. This article provides an overview of the intestinal specific toxicity and prevention measures of DON， in order to reduce the pollution of DON in food and feed， and provide a solid basis for researchers to comprehensively grasp the toxicity of DON and its impact on intestinal health.
