摘 要：本文概述食品农药残留检测的必要性，介绍近年来应用广泛的食品农药残留检测技术的原理和特点，如色谱法、免疫分析法、纳米生物传感器等，并从样品采集、仪器设备校准与维护、人员操作规范、检测环境控制等方面总结食品农药残留检测的质量控制措施，以确保检测结果的准确性和可靠性，为食品安全监管提供有力支持。

    Detection Technology and Quality Control Measures of Pesticide Residues in Food

    Abstract： This paper summarizes the necessity of pesticide residue detection in food， and introduces the principle and characteristics of pesticide residue detection technologies widely used in food in recent years， such as chromatography， immunoassay， nano-biosensor and other methods， and the quality control measures" for pesticide residue detection in food are summarized from the aspects of sample collection， instrument and equipment calibration and maintenance， personnel operation specifications， testing environment control and other aspects， so as to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test results and provide strong support for food safety supervision.
