预制菜食品安全监管现状及改进措施

     摘 要:在预制菜市场规模不断扩大的当下,食品安全问题愈发凸显,急需加强监管。基于此,本文对国内预制菜食品安全监管现状进行分析,围绕目前预制菜食品安全监管面临的挑战进行探讨,从监管依据、监管技术、主体责任、问题溯源等方面,提出一些预制菜食品安全监管改进措施,旨在减少预制菜生产、存储、运输等全链条食品安全风险,促进产业高质量发展。

    The Current Situation and Improvement Measures of Prepared Dishes Food Safety Supervision

    Abstract: With the continuous expansion of the prepared dishes market, the food safety issues are becoming increasingly prominent, and there is an urgent need to strengthen supervision. Based on this, this article analyzes the current situation of food safety supervision for prepared dishes meals in China, the challenges faced by prepared dishes food safety supervision are discussed, and some improvement measures for prepared dishes food safety supervision are proposed from the aspects of regulatory basis, regulatory technology, main responsibility, and problem tracing, in order to reduce the food safety risks of the entire chain of prepared dishes production ......
