摘 要：在预制菜市场规模不断扩大的当下，食品安全问题愈发凸显，急需加强监管。基于此，本文对国内预制菜食品安全监管现状进行分析，围绕目前预制菜食品安全监管面临的挑战进行探讨，从监管依据、监管技术、主体责任、问题溯源等方面，提出一些预制菜食品安全监管改进措施，旨在减少预制菜生产、存储、运输等全链条食品安全风险，促进产业高质量发展。
