摘 要：随着检验检测服务业高质量发展的纵深推进，如何更好地加强区县级公益一类检验检测机构人力资源管理，进一步调动技术人员的工作积极性，发挥技术骨干力量，以促进检验检测机构能力提升，是值得探讨的一个问题。本文简要分析区县级公益一类检验检测机构人力资源现状、人力资源管理存在的问题，提出优化招募与甄选流程、加大培训与开发力度、调整薪酬与绩效考核体系等建议，以提升区县级公益一类检验检测机构的整体能力。
