区县级公益一类检验检测机构人力资源管理存在的问题及对策

     摘 要:随着检验检测服务业高质量发展的纵深推进,如何更好地加强区县级公益一类检验检测机构人力资源管理,进一步调动技术人员的工作积极性,发挥技术骨干力量,以促进检验检测机构能力提升,是值得探讨的一个问题。本文简要分析区县级公益一类检验检测机构人力资源现状、人力资源管理存在的问题,提出优化招募与甄选流程、加大培训与开发力度、调整薪酬与绩效考核体系等建议,以提升区县级公益一类检验检测机构的整体能力。
