摘 要：本文对2024年钦州市食品安全监督抽检数据进行了系统的统计与分析。结果显示，2024年钦州市共抽检食品样品7 575批次，其中7 298批次样品质量合格，合格率为96.34%，277批次样品存在不合格情况。合格率较低的食品类别有水果制品(85.00%)、餐饮食品(88.55%)、炒货食品及坚果制品(90.91%)。不合格项目主要包括农兽药残留超标、有机物污染、食品添加剂超范围、超限量使用等。2024年钦州市整体食品安全状况表现良好，但食用农产品中的农兽药残留、餐饮食品中的有机物污染问题仍较为突出，需要相关监管部门持续关注。
