摘 要：本文分析了超高效液相色谱法(Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography，UPLC)在食品农药残留检测中的应用优势，分析了样本前处理、仪器设备、检测人员水平及检测环境控制对检测结果的影响，提出了优化样本前处理工作、完善仪器设备维护体系及定期检查更替老旧设备、加强检测人员专业能力培训和严格控制实验检测环境的措施。

    Abstract： This paper analyzes the application advantages of ultra-high performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) in pesticide residue detection in food. The effects of sample pretreatment， instrument and equipment， testing personnel level， and testing environment control on the detection results are analyzed. Measures are proposed to optimize sample pretreatment， improve instrument and equipment maintenance system， regularly inspect and replace old equipment， strengthen the professional training of testing personnel， and strictly control the experimental testing environment.
