摘 要：为确保检验检测实验室数据有效性，建设规范、环保、安全、有序、高效和舒适的实验室，根据2023版《检验检测机构资质认定评审准则》及其附件和释义，结合实验室管理经验，详细阐述了环境管理、安全管理和内务管理的具体要求及实施细则。同时，分析了三者之间的相互关系。作为一个整体，实验室的管理应以综合性管理为基础，这种管理方式在实际操作中更具可行性。通过外部要求、内部措施和日常管理的有效结合，能够实现三者的有机统一与高效协同。
