Abstract: This article discusses in detail the current application status of modern analytical techniques in the field of food inspection, covering various technical means such as spectral analysis, chromatographic analysis, mass spectrometry analysis, and biosensors, and explores their important role in ensuring food safety, quality control, and other aspects.
