    Abstract： This article discusses in detail the current application status of modern analytical techniques in the field of food inspection， covering various technical means such as spectral analysis， chromatographic analysis， mass spectrometry analysis， and biosensors， and explores their important role in ensuring food safety， quality control， and other aspects. At the same time， prospects were made for the future development trends of these technologies， including the development towards higher sensitivity， intelligence， and deepening of integrated technologies， aiming to provide comprehensive references for food inspection related workers and researchers and help the food inspection industry continue to progress.
