RFID和区块链技术在食品供应链中的应用研究

     摘 要:在食品供应网络日益繁杂以及对信息透明度要求愈来愈高的当下,射频识别(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)与区块链技术已在食品追溯和管理中扮演了至关重要的角色。RFID技术依靠其自动化的数据获取能力与即时监督功能,大幅提升了供应链的作业效率及数据的精确度,而区块链技术以其去中心化及数据不可更改的属性,为食品溯源和质量控制提供了一个可靠的保障机制。RFID与区块链技术的双重结合,有利于打造一个全程透明化的食品追踪体系,对于解决信息孤岛和数据篡改等问题极为关键。本文立足于食品供应链的现实要求,深入研究了这两项技术的融合应用,以期为加强食品安全监管和优化供应链提供参考。

    Abstract: In the face of increasingly complex food supply networks and increasing requirements for transparency, radio frequency identification (RFID) and blockchain technology have played a crucial role in food traceability and management. RFID technology relies on its automated data acquisition capabilities and real-time supervision functions, which greatly improves the operational efficiency of the supply chain and the accuracy of data, while blockchain technology provides a reliable guarantee mechanism for food traceability and quality control with its decentralized and immutable data attributes.
