摘 要：本文基于SWOT法，对淮北市绿色食品产业发展进行系统分析。结果显示，淮北市在该领域拥有诸多优势，如便利的交通、丰富的农产品资源、良好的产业基础等，但也存在结构发展不合理、龙头企业少、品牌社会效应低及技能创新不足等劣势。而产业政策的支持、消费者需求的提升、信息化技术的应用为淮北市绿色食品产业发展带来新的机遇，同时食品监管体系不完善、食品质量安全要求提升、外部市场的竞争加剧也给淮北市绿色食品企业带来新的挑战。基于上述分析，本文提出树立品牌效应、壮大龙头企业；完善服务体系、提升冷链物流能力；共建科研平台；拓展营销方式的对策建议。

    Abstract： This article conducts a systematic analysis of the development of the green food industry in Huaibei city based on the SWOT method. The results show that Huaibei city has many advantages in this field， such as convenient transportation， abundant agricultural resources， and a good industrial foundation.
