摘 要：近年来，原产于安徽省亳州市涡阳县的贡菜被引进云南省大理白族自治州种植与加工，受种植面积、加工条件、科研技术等因素的影响，贡菜产业高质量发展受到了限制。本文从贡菜产业概况、存在的问题及对策等方面进行综述，以期为贡菜产业的发展提供思路。

    Abstract： In recent years， tribute vegetables originating in Guoyang county of Bozhou city， Anhui province have been introduced into Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture of Yunnan province for planting and processing. Due to the influence of planting area， processing conditions， scientific research technology and other factors， the high-quality development of tribute vegetables industry has been limited. This paper summarizes the general situation， existing problems and countermeasures of the tribute vegetable industry in order to provide ideas for the development of the tribute vegetable industry.

    贡菜原产于安徽省亳州市涡阳县，是菊科莴苣属植物。随着社会的进步及经济的发展，贡菜被引入到全国多个地区种植。目前，贡菜是云南省滇西地区尤其大理白族自治州(以下简称“大理州”)区域主要的经济作物之一，也是当地农户增收的特色产业。然而，受品种差异、种植规模、加工条件、科研技术以及产业体系等方面的影响，大理州贡菜产业受到了一定限制。本文将从我国贡菜产业概况、大理州产业发展所面临的问题及产业高质量发展对策方面进行综述，旨在全面系统地了解贡菜产业情况，为大理州贡菜产业的发展及贡菜食品的研发提供参考。
