Abstract: Objective: To analyze the nutritional characteristics of Ordos fine wool mutton,and to provide reference for evaluating the nutritional qualityof Ordos fine wool muton. Method: 33 Ordos fine-wool sheep aged 2~4 years were selected as the research objects.The amino acids,5 conventional nutrients and 11 mineral elements inbiceps femoris,longissimus dorsi and triceps brachii were detected by national standard method.The dataof nutritional components in 3 parts of muscle were analyzed by SPSSPRO online data analysis platform.Result: The average value of essential amino acid/non-essential amino acid in biceps femoris ......
