    Abstract： The accuracy and reliability of testing instruments and equipment are important guarantees for food safety.This article studies the equipment verification/calibrationand result confirmation inthe food testing industry， elaborating on the processand methods of equipment verification/calibration.The focus is on analyzing the basic information confirmation，verification/calibrationresult informationconfirmation，and key links inresult confirmation， providing reference for improving the reliability of testing data and the effectiveness offood safety supervision.
