Challenges and Countermeasures of Food Inspection and Testing Technology in Grassroots Application

    Abstract： This paper analyzes the practical challenges in the application of grassroots food inspection and testing technology from four dimension： technology，equipment， talent，and testing scope，and proposes targeted solutions.Theanalysis shows thatatthe grassroots level，itis necessaryto introduce advanced technologies in combination with actual situations， improve the equipment management system， strengthen the construction of the talent team，and establish a multi-party cooperation mechanism， so as to enhance the efficiencyoffood safety supervision and promote the modernization of grassroots food safety governance.
