    Abstract： At a time when food safety issues are frequent， inspection and testing，as a key link in ensuring fod safety，hasreceived increasingatentionforitsqualitycontrol.Thisarticlesystematicallyanalyzes thequalitycontrol methods of the entire process of food inspection and testing，including sample collction and pretreatment before testing，physicalandchemical，microbiological， immunological andrapid testingqualitycontrol during testing，and data quality control system after testing，providing a theoretical basis for improving the level offood safety testing.

    食品安全是关系国计民生的重大问题，而科学、准确的检验检测是食品安全监管的技术支撑和决策依据。随着食品工业的快速发展和消费者安全意识的提高，检验检测不仅要求结果准确，更要求全程可控、可追溯。然而，检验检测过程涉及采样、前处理、分析测试、数据处理等多个环节，每个环节都存在潜在的不确定性和风险因素，可能导致结果偏差或错误判断。因此，建立健全的质量控制体系，是保障食品检验检测结果科学可靠的必要条件。本文立足于检验检测全流程视角，系统分析各环节质量控制方法的技术特点和应用要点，旨在为提升食品检验检测的科学性、准确性和可靠性提供理论参考和实践指导。
