     Research on the Detection Difficulties and Optimization Strategies of Additives in Dairy Products

    Abstract: With the increasing consumption of dairy foods,the safety of additives has attracted much attention. This paper analyzes the diffculties in the detection of aditives in dairy foods,and proposes optimization strategies for the diffculties inthe detectionofaditives indairy foods,aiming toimprove thedetection effciencyandaccuracy, and provide theoretical support for the quality and safety supervision of dairy products.

    乳制食品凭借其丰富的营养成分深受消费者青睐,产业规模持续扩张。随着生产工艺的进步与消费需求的多元化,各类添加剂在乳制食品生产中被广泛应用,以此改善产品的口感、质地、保质期等特性。然而,添加剂的不当使用或违规添加,会给消费者健康带来潜在威胁。在此背景下,精准且高效地检测乳制食品中的添加剂至关重要。但乳制食品复杂的基质特性、添加剂种类的繁杂多样以及检测技术的固有局限等,给检测工作带来重重困难。鉴于此,深入剖析乳制食品中添加剂检测的难点,并探寻切实可行的优化策略,对保障乳制食品安全、规范行业发展意义非凡。
