Problems and Improvement Measures in Food Safety Management of Elderly Care Institutions

    Abstract： This article analyzes the prominent problems in food safety management of elderly care institutions from four dimensions： institutional construction，procurement management，procesingoperations，and facilitiesand equipment， and proposes targeted improvement measures.Analysis suggests that the main risk factors are the lack of management systems， weak supply chain supervision， non-standard operating procedures，and outdated hardware conditios.To adress these issues，it is recommended to systematically improve management levels by improving institutional frameworks，optimizing fullchain supervision，and strengthening infrastructure investment，inorder to build a safe and healthy eating environment for the elderly.
