    Abstract: With the accelerated pace of life of consumers and the iterative upgrading of the catering market, the pre-prepared food industry has ushered in rapid development,and the market size has shown an exponential expansion trend,becomingan important growth point in the fod industry.Pre-prepared food have gradually gained favor among household consumers and catering companies due to their convenience,standardization and rich taste choices.However,there are stillmany food safety risks in the production and circulation of pre-prepared food.
