Present Condition and Countermeasures Research on Quality and Safety of Food-Related Products in Haining

    Abstract： Food-related products are closely related to people's health and safety. Haining city has a large number of 11O food-related products certified enterprises，which was ranking first in Jiaxing.The paper based on the market upervision function，analyzes the present condition and existing problems of food-related products industry in Haining city，and put forward countermeasures for improvement， so as to improve thequality and safety level of food-related products in Haining city.

    《中华人民共和国食品安全法》第二条规定，食品相关产品是指用于食品的包装材料、容器、洗涤剂、消毒剂和用于食品生产经营的工具、设备[]。目前，国家将5大类117种食品相关产品列入工业产品生产许可证目录管理。食品相关产品因与食品直接接触，在食品生产和消费过程中起着至关重要的作用。它们在为食品提供保护和便利，防止食品受到污染的同时，其本身的化学特性也会直接影响到食品的安全性和质量。例如，食品包装材料中的有害化学物质可能会通过迁移作用进入食品，当有毒有害物质的含量超过限量时，便会对食品安全和消费者健康产生潜在危害[2]。因此，食品相关产品的质量安全也不容忽视。
