    Abstract： The arrival of the digital age has brought profound changes to food quality supervision. This article delves into the chalengesand response strategies faced by food quality regulation in the digital age.Research has shown that with the rapid development of digital technology，food quality supervision urgently needs to improve technical support，optimize data management， update regulatory standards to meet the needs of emerging food formats，and enhance the technical capabilities and comprehensive qualityofregulatory personnel through multi-level professional training to ensure the effectiveness and scientificity of food quality supervision.
