Analysis of the Problems and Countermeasures of the Regulatory Mechanism of Online Takeaway Food

    Abstract： This paper comprehensively reviews the current access management， platform responsibility implementation，distribution link supervision，legal and regulatoryconstruction，and social supervision mechanism of the online takeaway food industry，and finds that there are some problems in the supervision of online takeaway food，suchas the failure ofaccessthresholds，the blurringof platformresponsibilities，the lossofcontrol of the distribution chain，and the lag of laws and regulations. Based on this，targeted strategies such as strengthening access management， compacting platform responsibilities，standardizing distribution links，improving laws and regulations，andactivating social supervision are proposed，aiming to effectively respond to thechallenges of online takeaway food safety，protect consumers’health rights and interests，and promote the healthy development of the industry. ......
