    Abstract： With the continuous expansion of fishery farming scale，the impact of fishery farming polutants on food safety has become increasingly prominent. This paper deeply explores the sources， types of fishery farming pollutants and their intrinsic connection with food safety，analyzes the current threat status of fishery farming pollutants to food safety，and proposes aseries of targeted countermeasures，aiming to ensure the safety of fishery farming products and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the fishery industry.
