     Research on Detection Methods for Heavy Metals in Food

    Abstract: With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization, the problem of heavy metal polution in food has received increasing atention. Heavy metals have bioaccumulation and toxicity,posing a serious threattopublic health.Therefore,developing efficient,sensitive,and accurateheavy metal detection methods is crucial for food safety and environmental protection.This article summarizes the main methods for detecting heavy metals in food,aiming to improve the effciencyandaccuracyof heavy metal detection and provide stronger technical support for food safety testing by analyzing their principles and detection characteristics.
