Discussion on the Problem of Inaccurate Food Inspection and Testing Data and Its Countermeasures

    Abstract： The accuracy of food inspection and testing data is the core link to ensure food safety， but there are still poblemssuch as data deviation，dispersion，and missing in thecurrent actual testing processThis paper systematically analyzes the causes of inaccurate data from three aspects： technical， management， and operational levels.It proposes targeted solutions，including strengthening personnel training， optimizing equipment management， standardizing sample processing procedures，and scientifically selecting testing methods. The aim is to provide theoretical support for improving the reliabilityoffood testing dataand perfecting thefood safety supervision system.
