Discussion on Problems and Countermeasures' of Sample Management in Food Inspection and Testing

    Abstract： As food safety isues become increasingly serious，food inspection and testing plays a vital role in protecting public health.Sample management is a crucial partof food inspection and testing，which directly ffcts the accuracyand reliabilityof the testresults.This article mainly discusses the current status and existing problems of sample management in fod inspection and testing，analyzes common problems in sample collection， transportation， storage， distribution and other links，and proposes corrsponding improvement measures，aiming to provide effective support for ensuring food safety and improving the level of food testing.
