    Abstract： With the continuous improvement of economic level， people are increasinglyconcermed about the safety of health food. Chemical detection technology plays a keyrole in ensuring the safety ofhealth food and achieving efectivequalitycontrol.It notonly promotes thehealthydevelopment ofthehealth food industry，but also effctively safeguards the health rightsand interests ofconsumers.Based onthis，this article systematically introduces common chemical detection techniques and their applications in health food testing， deply analyzes the challnges faced in the application of chemical detection techniques， and proposes targeted optimization strategies.
