    Abstract： With the rapid development of the world economy， the pace of people's life is accelerating. The appearance of prefabricated dishes notonly facilitates people's life，but also promotes the development of China's prefabricated dishes industry. However，the rapid development ofthe prepared dish industry has also exposed many problems thatcannot be ignored，such as the existence of safety risks in each link of the prepared dish industry， the lack of specific legal norms and systems，the lack of systematic construction of prepared dish food standards， and weak supervision. In this regard，efforts should be made to strengthen the safety guarantee of prepared food， such as standardizing the behavior of prepared food industry， improving the relevant legal system，accelerating the construction of systematic standards for prepared food， strengthening supervision and implementing regulatory responsibilities ......
