〔摘要〕国医大师张学文教授认为直肠癌为正虚、脏腑功能失调，气滞、血瘀、痰湿、食物邪毒等病理因素互结而发病，病机以虚实夹杂多见，祛邪治疗需贯穿全程、扶正需和缓徐图，并灵活运用活血药、虫类药。

    〔Abstract〕National top Chinese physician professor Zhang Xuewen thought that development of rectal cancer was due to mixed pathological factors of weakened body resistance, dysfunction of Zang-Fu, qi stagnation, blood stasis, phlegm damp, toxic food, etc. Deficiency and excess complex as its pathogenesis always occurred. Clinical treatment emphasized on dispelling pathogen through the whole course, reinforcing healthy qi in gradual way, and flexibly applying blood-activating herb and insects medicines. ......
