〔摘要〕“肝生于左，肺藏于右”始见于《黄帝内经》。本文通过文献整理分析认为，“肝生于左，肺藏于右”是古人对肝肺生理特性的描述，是对肝肺气机升降功能的本质概括，病理上为肝肺两脏病变之体现。历代医家将此理论应用于临床实践，或调气机升降，或左血右气分治，常获疗效。

    Discussion on the Theory of Left Hepatic and Right Lung

    〔Abstract〕"left liver and right lung" was found in the Huangdi Neijing. This paper was concluded from the analysis of literature. "Liver located in the left and lung descending from right" is the liver and lung physiological characteristics for the ancients and the essence of the liver and lung activities of qi hoisting. That embedded the pathological changes in liver and lung. The above theory was applied to clinical practices: regulating the activities of qi hoisting, or left blood and right qi treatment by physicians of generations. That always got good curative effects.
