    十味膝康颗粒治疗慢性膝关节滑膜炎的临床研究

    〔摘要〕目的观察十味膝康颗粒治疗慢性膝关节滑膜炎气虚湿阻证的临床疗效及安全性。方法将60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组予以十味膝康颗粒口服，对照组予以滑膜炎颗粒口服，疗程28d。观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状、中医证候积分、B超积液量的变化及安全性指标，分析其疗效和安全性。结果观察组临床总有效率为96.7%、对照组为86.7%，两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组在中医证候疗效、改善患者中医证候总积分、减少患者关节积液量方面优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；且治疗过程中未见不良反应。结论十味膝康颗粒治疗慢性膝关节滑膜炎气虚湿阻证疗效确切，安全性高，值得临床推广应用。

    Clinical Study of Shiwei Xikang Granules in Treatment of the Chronic Gonarthromeningitis

    〔Abstract〕Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Shiwei Xikang Granules in treatment of the chronic gonarthromeningitis with Qi deficiency and damp obstruction syndrome. Methods 60cases of patients were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, 30cases in each group. The observation group was given orally with Shiwei Xikang Granules, the control group was treated orally with Huamoyan Granules, and the course was for 28days. The clinical symptoms, Chinese medicine symptom score, clinical efficacy, B-fluid volume and security indicators were observed to analyze drug efficacy and safety.
