自拟健脾益气汤治疗脾气虚型踝关节扭伤后期肿胀的疗效观察

    〔摘要〕目的观察自拟健脾益气汤治疗脾气虚型踝关节扭伤后期肿胀的临床疗效。方法将360例脾气虚型踝关节扭伤后期肿胀患者随机分为2组，分别给予自拟健脾益气汤内服(治疗组)、七叶皂苷钠片口服(对照组)。疗程21d。观察两组治疗前后证候评分变化及踝关节肿胀消退程度。结果治疗后不同踝关节损伤程度证候评分比较，Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型患者治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)，Ⅲ型患者与对照组疗效相当，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；不同病程踝关节扭伤患者证候评分比较，病程小于1月的患者，两组证候评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，病程为1～3月、4～6月的患者，治疗组证候评分优于对照组(P<0.05)，病程为7月～1年、>1年的患者，治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)；踝关节肿胀消退程度比较，Ⅰ型患者两组疗效相当(P>0.05)，Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型患者治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01，P<0.05)。结论自拟健脾益气汤对于不同程度踝关节扭伤后期肿胀均有确切疗效。

    Clinical Effect Observation of Self-made Jianpi Yiqi Decoction in Treating Late Swellingof Ankle Sprain Patients with Spleen Deficiency Syndrome

    〔Abstract〕Objective To observe the clinical effect of JianpiYiqi Decoction in treatment of spleen deficiency type of late swelling of ankle sprain. Methods 360cases of patients with late swelling of ankle joint sprain (spleen deficiency type) were randomly divided into 2groups, which were treated with self-made JianpiYiqiDecoction taken orally (the treatment group), sodium aescinatetablets (the control group). The course of treatment was for 21d. The symptoms score and swelling extent of ankle joint were observed of the two groups. Results According to the score of the two groups of patients' symptoms score, the treatment group was better than the control group of type I and type II patients (P0.05). According to the symptom scores of patients with different course of ankle, the differences in two groups with the course of disease less than one month had no statistical significance (P>0.05); The symptom score of the treatment group with the course for 1-3months and 4-6months, was better than the control group (P0.05).
