    针刺对脑缺血再灌注大鼠相关miRNA数目的影响

    〔摘要〕目的观察针刺疗法对脑缺血再灌注大鼠相关miRNA数目的影响。方法参照ZeaLonga线拴法复制大脑中动脉缺血模型(MCAO)并加以改良，将40只SD大鼠随机分为空白组、假手术组、模型组、针刺组，治疗72h后，用基因微阵列技术筛选差异表达miRNA，并对神经功能缺损评分、TTC染色检测的梗死面积比进行比较。结果与空白组及假手术组比较，模型组大鼠神经功能缺损评分，梗死面积比增多，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；针刺治疗组相对应指标则不同程度地降低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；与空白组比较，模型组有4个差异基因表达；与假手术相比，模型组有5个差异基因表达；与模型组相比，针刺组有个16差异基因表达；差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺疗法可改善神经功能缺损，减少脑梗死面积及细胞凋亡，对脑组织起保护作用，其机制可能与针刺疗法调节相关的miRNA有关。

    Effects of Acupuncture on the Number of miRNA in Cerebral Ischemia Reperfusion Rats

    〔Abstract〕Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture therapy on the number of miRNA in cerebral ischemia reperfusion rats. Methods Focal cerebral ischemia model was prepared with modified ZeaLonga' suture method. 40rats were randomly divided into 4groups，the blank group,the model group,the sham operation group,the acupuncture group,10in each group.After 72h treatment, the number of RNA express wasdetected with gene chip technology. The neurological function defect score and infarct size were compared.
