〔摘要〕前列腺增生症(benign prostatic hyperplasia,BPH)目前是困扰全球中老年男性最主要的泌尿系统疾病,以下尿路症状为主要临床表现,对患者的生活质量造成了严重的影响。近年来COX-2/Nrf2信号通路的抗炎、抗氧化应激作用得到了证实,炎症及氧化应激在BPH发展过程中的细胞生物学机制也逐渐被阐明,中药基于COX-2/Nrf2信号通路对BPH防治作用得到研究者的关注。本文对COX-2/Nrf2信号通路在防治BPH中的研究进展进行相关阐述。

〔Abstract〕Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is the most important diseases of urinary system in middle-aged males, and its main clinical manifestations is urinary tract symptoms, which has serious impact on life quality of patients. In recent years, the effects of anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidative stress of COX-2/Nrf2signaling pathway were demonstrated. The cell biological mechanisms of inflammation and oxidative stress in the development of BPH has been elucidated. Based on the COX-2/Nrf2signal pathway, the research of Chinese medicine prevention and treatment of BPH get the attention of us. This paper elaborates the progress of COX-2/Nrf2signaling pathway in the prevention and treatment of BPH. ......
