    黎月恒教授针药并用治疗宫颈癌术后顽固性尿潴留经验

    尿潴留是宫颈癌手术后常见并发症，属中医“癃闭”范畴，其发病责于膀胱气化失司，又与脾的转输、肾的开阖、肝的疏泄等功能密切相关，黎月恒教授采用补肾利水之法方药配合针灸，标本兼顾治疗宫颈癌术后顽固性尿潴留效果显著。

    〔Abstract〕Urinary retention is common complication of cervical cancer after surgery，belongs to the category of traditional Chinese medicine"Longbi"，its incidence attributable to bladder gasification lost and it is also related with the function of the spleen transfer，kidney opening and closing of water，catharsis of liver.Professor Li Yueheng using the method of tonifying kidney and promoting urination combined with acupuncture to treat refractory urinary retention after cervical cancer surgery，the effect is obvious.
