    如意金黄散合用矾冰液外敷治疗小儿流行性腮腺炎的临床护理观察

    目的观察如意金黄散合用矾冰液外敷治疗小儿流行性腮腺炎的临床护理疗效。方法回归分析2014年1月～2014年12月期间我院接收的68例流行性腮腺炎患儿，随机分为对照组(常规治疗+如意金黄散)和观察组(常规治疗+如意金黄散合用矾冰液)各34例，比较两组患者的有效率、退热时间和消肿时间。结果对照组有效率91.2%，退热时间(3.1± 1.4)d，消肿时间(4.0±1.1)d；观察组有效率97.1%，退热时间(2.5±1.3)d，消肿时间(3.5±1.2)d，观察组有效率、退热时间、消肿时间明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论如意金黄散合用矾冰液外敷治疗小儿流行性腮腺炎较单用如意金黄散具有退热快、消肿时间短、有效率高的优势。
