    钱乙时间医学思想浅探

    钱乙仅存世的著作主要是《小儿药证直诀》三卷，钱乙治疗小儿疾病是把时间和患儿脉证结合起来考虑的，其儿科时间观科学，内容丰富。本文通过梳理《小儿药证直诀》中的“时间医学”，突出“时间”与患儿的生理病理、时间与辨证、时间与治疗、时间与服药的关系，从而提高中医时间医学在儿科中的应用水平。

    〔Abstract〕Qian Yi's only works are the three volumes of Key to Children's Diseases.Qian Yi's treatment of pediatric diseases usually take the time and pulse syndrome of children into consideration together.Its pediatric concept of time is very scientific，and varied in content.In this paper，we study the chronomedicne in Key to Children's Diseases，highlight the"time"between the relationship in the patient's physiological patholog，syndrome differentiation，treatment，and medicine taking，so as to improve the level of chronomedicne application in pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine.
