〔摘要〕 肺炎喘嗽是小儿时期常见的肺系疾病，临床以发热、咳嗽、痰壅、气促、鼻煽为主要证候特点。张涤教授在临床中运用中医药治疗肺炎喘嗽，以开肺化痰、止咳平喘为主法，且临证用药注重顾护脾胃，临床获满意疗效。
