〔摘要〕 颈椎病为临床多发病，其中以神经根型为主，属中医颈痹范畴，中医治病常先辨其病证，再选方用药，病证与方相互对应，做到方证合拍。针对神经根型颈椎病中颈胀、头痛、上肢肩臂痛等症状，国医大师熊继柏常用葛根姜黄散进行辨治，该方由葛根、片姜黄、威灵仙3药组成，能够有效缓解此类病证。
