    〔摘要〕 新型冠状病毒肺炎属于中医疫病范畴。本文基于对晋代以前的古文献如《黄帝内经》《伤寒论》《肘后备急方》等的研究，梳理汗、吐、下三法在疫病中的临床运用。其中，对于邪气初犯人体，邪在三阳者，则重在“给邪以出路”，以汗、吐、下因势利导，遵循祛邪为第一要务;但仍需注重“三因制宜”原则，若疫邪直中三阴，当以扶阳为主，同时还需始终顾护脾胃。
