    〔摘要〕 胃癌发热属中医“内伤发热”范畴，毛宇湘教授认为其病机主要是浊毒内蕴、脾胃虚弱，兼痰湿内盛、肝气郁滞、瘀热互结、阴虚内热，治疗以健脾和胃、化浊解毒为基本原则。根据病证的不同表现，兼以化痰祛湿、疏肝解郁、清热活血、健脾益气、养阴清热之法，采用自拟方健脾除湿解毒汤、理气化浊解毒汤、活血化浊解毒汤、益气化浊解毒汤、养阴清热解毒汤等加减治疗，病证结合，辨证论治，使浊化毒消，恢复脾胃升降功能，临床取得满意疗效。

    〔Abstract〕 Fever of gastric cancer belongs to the category of "internal injury and fever" in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Professor Mao Yuxiang believes that its pathogenesis is mainly due to turbid and toxic contents， weakness of the spleen and stomach， and also due to the the accumulation of phlegm and dampness， stagnation of the liver qi， stagnation of heat and stasis and internal heat due to Yin deficiency， the treatment should be based on the principles of strengthening the spleen and stomach， removing turbid and detoxifying. According to the different manifestations of the diseases and syndromes， combine with the methods of eliminating phlegm and dampness， soothing the liver and relieving depression， clearing away heat and promoting blood circulation ......
