    〔摘要〕 频发室性期前收缩是心律失常的常见疾病之一，归属于中医学“心悸”“怔忡”等范畴。刘如秀教授认为频发室性期前收缩与五藏密切相关，临证有气阴亏虚、宗气不足、心脾两虚、心肾不交、疏泄失常或多脏合病，导致水饮内停，瘀血阻滞辨证之不同，随证以养心清心、补肺益气、滋脾泻火、补肾宁心、养肝开郁、祛痰化饮法，并强调要切中病机，整体调理。

    〔Abstract〕 Frequent ventricular premature beats is one of the common diseases in arrhythmia， which has been attributed to the categories ?"palpitation" or "apprehension" by traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Professor Liu Ruxiu believes that the frequent ventricular premature beats are closely related to "Five-Zang"， and clinically diagnosed with deficiency of Qi Yin， deficiency of initial energy， heart-spleen deficiency， heart-kidney imbalance， and failing to maintain the normal flow of Qi or multiple visceral diseases lead to water-rheum collecting internally， blood stasis block syndrome， along with the treatment by nourishing heart and clearing heart fire， invigorating lung Qi， nourishing spleen and purging fire， nourishing kidney and calming heart ......
