    〔摘要〕 高等教育进入内涵式发展阶段，新文科建设全面展开，对中医药高校英语专业人才培养提出了新要求。在新文科背景下，以2018年版《高等学校外语类专业本科教学质量国家标准》为依据，制定中医药特色鲜明的英语专业人才培养方案。在培养目标上，立足实际、合理规划;在培养规格上，紧扣核心、着眼特色;在课程体系上，整体设计、守正创新。精准打造英语专业人才的核心竞争力，更好地服务于中医药国际化发展战略。

    〔Abstract〕 With the connotative development of China's higher education， the new liberal arts construction is now ongoing， which has put forward new requirements for the training of English majors in universities of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). In the context of new liberal arts construction， the talent training plan for the English programs with distinct TCM features should be designed based on National Standard for Teaching Quality of Foreign Language Majors in Colleges and Universities (2018 Edition).
