    〔摘要〕 中医药文化作为中国传统文化的瑰宝，其蕴涵的伦理道德、价值观念及人文精神彰显出了中医药的独特魅力，也体现了中医药悬壶济世，治病救人的担当和使命。当前，中医药人才队伍建设面临人才存量不足、知识系统化不足，临床经验需要加强及人才流失较为严重等问题，在后疫情时代，要发挥好中医药的价值，关键是人才。要在多渠道大力培养中医药人才队伍，增加中医药人才存量;加强中医药人才继续教育与培训，提升中医药人才质量;推动中医药人才工作体制机制创新，营造有利于人才发展的环境;培养造就高层次人才，健全人才评价激励机制，推动中医药事业的传承发展等方面取得实质性的突破。

    〔Abstract〕 As a treasure of Chinese traditional culture， the ethics， values and humanistic spirit contained in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) highlight the unique charm of TCM， and also reflect the responsibility and mission of TCM to help the world， cure and save people. At present， the construction of TCM talent team is faced with problems such as insufficient talent stock， insufficient knowledge systematization， the need to strengthen clinical experience and serious brain drain. In the post COVID-19 era， talents are the key to give full play to the value of TCM. Efforts should be made to train TCM talents through multiple channels and increase the stock of TCM talents; to strengthen the continuing education and training of TCM talents and improve the quality of TCM talents; to promote the innovation of the system and mechanism for the work of TCM talents and create an environment conducive to the development of talents; to train high-level talents ......
